Fast rental payments
Oppida are one of the few agents who process rents on a daily basis. Many of our competitors have one or two days per month on which their rental payments are processed, regardless of the day the rent is due to be paid. At Oppida, we have an accounts and management team working to process payments almost every day to ensure the absolute minimum delay between the rent being paid and you receiving it in your account.
